Wedding planning could be overwhelming with the number of options available. What if someone could handpick a shortlist options based on your preferences? We are with you every step of the way from inception to execution. Our full wedding planning service package includes:

  • Monthly scheduled planning meetings (in-person, phone or Skype)

  • Bi-weekly or monthly checklists for uncomplicated planning

  • Full guidance of design development (including inspiration boards for themes, colours, decor, flowers, centerpieces, tablescapes, favours, stationery and more)

  • In-depth budget preparations, review and management

  • Vendor recommendations and organization of all vendor contracts 

  • Facilitating vendor bookings and attendance at vendor meetings or venue visits

  • Advice on wedding and cultural ceremony etiquette (i.e. Chinese tea ceremony) 

  • Creating a comprehensive itinerary for your wedding day helpers, vendors and wedding party

  • Creating and maintaining a detailed wedding day itinerary

  • $100.00 credit towards any of our decor rental items

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

Do you already have parts of your wedding planned but need help in certain areas? Try our partial planning package which includes everything in the Day-Of Coordination package PLUS an additional 3 consultation hours that could be customized to your needs. These consultation hours can be used towards: 
 

  • Creating and maintaining a detailed wedding plan for the months leading up to the wedding day

  • Dedicated decor planning and style development (creating inspiration boards, theme development, decor review, sourcing vendors, etc.) 

  • In-depth budget review and management

  • Attendance at vendor meetings and/or site visits

  • Vendor recommendations  

  • Sourcing unique items/services

  • Additional planning meetings

  • Creating a comprehensive itinerary for your wedding day helpers, vendors and wedding party

  • $60.00 credit towards any of our decor rental items

DAY-OF WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

We will meet one month before your wedding day to thoroughly dissect and discuss your wedding day plans. Our day-of coordination package includes:
 

  • Two complimentary planning meetings (typically 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to your wedding day) to prepare and review your detailed wedding itinerary

  • A detailed spreadsheet of your wedding schedule 

  • Correspondence with all the vendors a week before the wedding to confirm the final details and on-site coordination

  • Attendance and direction of the wedding rehearsal (if applicable)

  • Full day-of orchestration of all the moving pieces behind the scenes on your wedding day (including but not limited to liaising with vendors, cues, decor styling, set-up and take-down)

  • Assistance throughout your wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly and to handle any last minutes changes

  • Access to our "Wedding Day Emergency Kit"

  • $30.00 credit towards any of our decor rental items

WEDDING DESIGN SERVICES

Are you having trouble coming up with an overall “vision” for your wedding? We can help you create a wedding theme that reflects your personal styles or help you source the last few items on your décor list. Our wedding design services include:

  • Two complimentary planning meetings

  • Wedding style & theme development

  • Creating a custom wedding mood board to help you better visualize your wedding theme

  • Determining décor elements that best fit your budget

  • Sourcing décor vendors and individual elements

  • Access to our styling kit

  • $20.00 credit towards any of our decor rental items
